Let me take you on a journey...
When you work with me, we will go on a journey together to explore your challenge and what is there for you to discover. You come with whatever matters to you, share what you wish to share and go as far as you wish to go.
I will hold space for you and provide a safe environment for you to open up. I will be with you and guide you through the process with different tools, exercises, powerful questions and most importantly my full presence. During our coaching sessions I will be fully present with you, with my mind, my gut and my open heart. Depending on the coaching programme you choose from my offer, I will also provide you with personalised voice-message support and individual exercises in between the sessions tailored to your needs.
I will see you in your uniqueness and hold you the mirror, so you can see yourself. I will help you to access your own deep wisdom, to discover your potential and the potential in your situation. Together we will strengthen your inner leadership, so you can take the next small steps and the bigger leap.
I might challenge you and at times this may feel a little uncomfortable. I will help you to change your perspective. I do this always with a kind intention to help you go forward. This way everything can happen, nothing must happen and all that wants to happen, will happen.
I trust in you and I invite you to trust me, the process and most importantly yourself. Together we will unleash your unique potential and what wants to unfold.

1. In which languages can I work with you?
I work in English, German and French.

3. I wonder how you are able to help me even if you do not work in the same sector, nor know me and my life very well. How does it work?
Coaching is not about providing sector specific advice or recommendations what to do from an expert point of view - this would be consultancy. Coaching is about deep listening and helping you to access your own inner wisdom, discover your potential, strengthen your sense of agency and help you to sense and feel what is right for you. It is about unleashing what is already inside you, but might be somewhere deep down. It is about raising your level of consciousness and awareness and helping you to gain in confidence to be yourself and show up in your uniqueness. It is setting the framework and leading the process, the content comes from you.
4. What is the difference between coaching and therapy?
Coaching is forward looking, focused on mobilising the inner resources of the coachee and strengthening self-efficacy and self-leadership. Coaching can support people in mentally or emotionally challenging situations, but it does not replace therapy. As coach I do not have a license to heal, nor cure mental or physical illness, this is reserved for licensed therapists. As coach I support the coachee in her inner process with regard to a specific prior agreed topic and goal(s), but I do not promise, nor guarantee a specific pre-defined outcome. I am responsible for leading the coachee through the process with empathy, appreciation, openess and non-judgment, while solely the coachee herself is responsible for her actions.
5. What equipment do I need to have to work with you online?
The online coaching sessions are conducted via Zoom. I will set up the sessions through my account and you will receive a link from me to access them. You need a computer with a stable internet connection, a camera, speakers and a quiet space for the sessions. As some of the exercises we will do together might involve movement, writing or drawing, please make sure to have some space around you and pen and paper available. Besides this, all you need is to come as you are and be yourself.
6. Is online coaching as effective as onsite coaching?
The online setting has the big advantage that we can connect no matter where we both are located as long as we have a stable internet connection. As long as technically everything works and we can see and hear each other properly, there is no disadvantage to the online setting. The tools and techniques I use are the same as in an onsite setting and are as effective online as if we were physically together in the same room.
